Once we complete the sourcing stage, we can provide a quote and begin the development process.

We handle the factory development process from specification to pre-production samples. Our team will actively engage you in sample comments for each round, approvals at every stage, coordinate factory visits, and manage daily email & video meeting between yourself, BMMW and the overseas development team.
We partner with vendors that can rapidly prototype and we partner with manufacturers who can sample effectively. We can cost effectively provide proof-of-concept at the end stage prior to going to fabrication. Our goal is to identify potential problems that can arise in production, apply a critical lens to product construction that will lead to a superior product.

We leverage hundreds of established relationships across China and Cambodia to source the right manufacturers and vendors for your project. Our manufacturers and vendors are chosen to produce protypes, access materials, have the ability to meet lead times, and have the production capability to meet your specifications.
We assess several factories that can lower your cost of goods and at the same time ensure the highest quality based on specs.
Production
Quality is Our Priority
We specialize in the optimizing the cost of goods without sacrificing quality by using risk-management strategies. These strategies are acquired through years of manufacturing experience producing merchandise for hundreds of clients world-wide. Our goal is to remove unnecessary costs from the production process so we can deliver well-priced merchandise while maintaining the products quality and integrity.
Quality assurance cannot be overstated. We screen and partner with manufacturers with the ability to consistently deliver quality. BMMW's focus is to ensure the products we deliver is of the highest quality by developing a robust QA program and QA checklist for your products. We regularly monitor the production and meet with local factory assurance managers to ensure the highest possible integrity of the products.
